Exchange and Return Policy

GUARANTEE: We want you to be happy using our products! If you want to exchange or return your order, no matter the reason, we are here to help! The Consumer Protection Code defines that exchanges and returns can be made within 7 days in case of regret. After that period, they are free for a period of 15 days after the date of your order. You can exchange your product for store credit, a different product, or receive a refund using the same payment method. Please note, however, the exceptions to our policy.

Below are some examples of the most common exceptions:

IMPORTANT: Priline is not responsible for replacing any product in which the defect occurred due to misuse or breakage. Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns;

EASY EXCHANGE: The deadline for exchanges and returns, whether due to defect, size or withdrawal, will be 7 (seven) consecutive days. In this case, the shipping cost will be Priline's responsibility. To request the exchange of your product, send an email to or contact us at the number:

with the name of the product you want to exchange and the order number, our attendants will generate the exchange code.

RETURNS: Returned parts will only be accepted with their original packaging, with the proper labels and without signs of use.

ORDER WITHOUT AGREEMENT: Delivery of purchases made at Priline is carried out in sealed packages by our logistics team. If you find any of the situations below, refuse to receive the order and contact us.
* Violated packaging
*Product defective
*Product not in accordance with the order
Reshipments - in this case, the cost of reshipment will be Priline's responsibility only in case of error or discrepancy. Otherwise, the customer will bear the expenses.
